Character Education
Our goal is to provide your child with a rigorous learning environment where we help develop the whole child: academically, socially, emotionally and physically. Encourage your child to discuss how they can exhibit the following character traits both at school and home. These character traits are a Westerly Creek focus and will be an integral part of our day.

What is a growth mindset?
- Growth mindset is a concept developed by Carol Dweck, a Professor of Psychology at Stanford University. It is the belief that a person's abilities and intelligence can be grown or developed through persistence, effort, and a focus on learning.
- A fixed mindset is a belief system that suggest that a person has predetermined intelligence, skills, or talents that cannot be changed.
